What if I schedule two inspections at the same time by mistake?
You can always re-schedule the inspection by tapping on Reschedule option on the top right corner in JustEZ. 

What if I’m unable to complete all the JustEZ inspections scheduled in a day?
If for any reason you are not able to complete all your inspections, you can re-schedule the inspections for the next day or as per your convenience.

Can I edit the Description or Loss Date in the view detail of any scheduled or unscheduled inspection?
No, you can’t edit the Description or Loss Date in the view detail of any inspection as the claim information is sent from your Headquarters.
