What if I don’t receive the password reset instruction mail?

Re-enter your email address if you don’t receive password reset instruction mail and wait for some time. If you still don’t receive it, please contact us at support@justerapp.com

How do I logout from JustEZ?

To logout from your account, tap on profile picture icon and scroll to the bottom. There, you will see a Sign out option, tap on it and you'll be logged out from JustEZ.

Can I search for a scheduled inspection under Unscheduled screen?

No, as of now Unscheduled section won't retrieve any matching inspections from Scheduled section. Before you search for an inspection, please make sure that you're looking for a scheduled inspection or Unscheduled one.
